Are You Ready For Some Football?

During these extraordinary times, we have all had to adjust to unprecedented changes and many sacrifices. But after careful consideration and management, it appears that the Crimson Tide will take the field on September 26 against the Missouri Tigers. Kickoff is scheduled at 6:00 PM CT in Columbia, Missouri. Who could have imagined that such a commonplace event would be so nervously anticipated?

The frightening events of 2020 have shown us the most important things in life: family, friends, health, and surprisingly, toilet paper. But the idea that college football might not happen has focused our attention on what the sport means to us. It can bring joy, sadness, pride, entertainment, hope, and disappointment. The sweep of these emotions and the associated camaraderie of fellow fans is a part of our lives. Never before have we worried about it not happening. But it is happening. So far. And you can help insure it happens by staying home, washing your hands, and wearing a mask when you venture out.

Join us on ESPN on 9/26, stay safe and Go 'Bama!
